Just a brief guide on how to edit your SKSE config to allow for high resolution tintmasks (makeup/dirt/etc) Especially handy for RaceMenu.
This mod does not have any known dependencies other than the base game.

This will allow for mods which use makeup of higher resolutions than the 256×256 of vanilla to show up properly.
This may also cause vanilla face paints to look a little bit blurry, so keep that in mind.
Here is an example of the SKSE.ini file with the texture resolution set to 2048×2048
-Installation just in case-
If you want some prebuilt configs, which only change the textureResolution, I have included a 2048×2048, and a 4096×4096 that you can install via Nexus Mod Manager.
Hopefully this comes in handy for someone, and saves them the headache of trying to figure it out.

This mod aims to replace the vanilla low quality character creation tintmasks (also known as makeup) with higher quality versions (up to 4K) for both humans and beast races! Also includes high quality dirt masks, for those extra messy characters out there. Male, Female, Argonian, and Khajiit support!

-Overview-
This mod is a continuation of the Vanilla Warpaints Absolution mod, which replaced all of the warpaints for every race and gender, this mod is to complete my collection of high-quality vanilla tintmasks, to increase the quality of the vanilla colors/makeups for not only males/females, but also for the beast races. This mod includes tintmasks for them as well!
Whats included?
All vanilla makeups/colors (as well as dirts) redone by hand and in up to 4K quality, each having a unique style and matching closely to the vanilla, though I did make a few small adjustments where I felt it improved the quality. This mod can replace tintmasks for Males, Females, Argonians, and Khajiit characters, you can choose to install them all, or install each individually according to your liking.
Whats planned for the future?
I want to redo some of the beast race ones when I get the chance, otherwise you can let me know in the posts what you think could be done to improve some of these!

-Installation-
Installation is simple, simply extract the files find the version you wish to use, then move its contents to your data directory. Otherwise, you may use Vortex or NMM to install by choosing download with Vortex/NMM in the files section.
-Uninstallation-
If you installed using Vortex NMM, or any other mod organizer, you will likely be able to uninstall using it.
Otherwise you will need to remove or replace the files added in your tintmasks folder in your character assets.
Inside, you should add/find [Display]
underneath this, you should add
iTintTextureResolution=2048 (or whatever size textures you are looking to use.)
Here is an example of the contents of SKSE.ini file with the texture resolution set to 2048×2048
Otherwise, if you wish to, you can use a premade config from the miscellaneous files of this mod.

-Overview-
This mod aims to add more customization options for female characters, allowing them to customize their appearance in a few more ways, and to better suit the character that you want to make. Most of what is added was based on modern cosmetics, and should at least allow you to create a character with more defining features then little bits of shading. Some come in multiple parts, such as the Contours and Highlights, which are in matching sets.
In RaceMenu, to access the textures, press T over one of the default values to bring up a list of textures you have installed. Press E to change the color, and pressing T within the color selection menu will allow you access to the Glow setting (excluding makeup).
When applying the makeups to your character, black has an issue, and will likely appear as a bit washed out, making black eyeliner somewhat impossible with my current tools. However, most other colors work very well (with dark purple looking closest to black I have found).
Playing around with opacity (transparency) sliders can make a great deal of difference when working with the different makeups, especially with the Contours and Highlights.
All overlays can be found with the prefix FMS, in the Makeup Section of RaceMenu

-RaceMenu Overlays-
18 Eye Liners, some for above the eyes, and others for below the eyes, some winged, and others not (more winged coming in the future once I figure them out).
17 Eye Shadows, to give your character increased emphasis to their eyes.
8 Blushes, 5 for Cheeks, 2 for the Nose, and one for the upper lip for some reason.
7 Lip Gloss Overlays, to give you some additional options for your characters lips.
5 Sets of Contours and Highlights (10 overlays), with the first 2 sets being close to modern standards, while the others may have use in unorthodox applications.

I was tired of the basic makeup for Skyrim SE, this mod is standalone and does not require SKSE64 or RaceMenu (see Above link for those interested in the overlay kit for RaceMenu)
Originally the mod had bigger plans to add in new warpaints under the Dirt Category however I ran into issues with the tint layer not staying on the charachters face after loading the save file and occasionally when exiting an interior. Once there has been a release of SKSE64 and RaceMenu I will release on a new mod page.
NOTE: For those who have been having issues with the makeup disappearing, try having this mod lower or last in your load order!
Important Changes in the Character Creation Menu:
R246 Female Presets includes some makeup tint and hair colours. This will make the plugin conflict with Makeup Kit. Switching to the NRE version shouldn’t cause any issues for your character (as long as she hasn’t changed race, eg vampire). The worst that can happen is the tint colours get reset to vanilla, not a problem for a human character, but might cause dirty face bug if a vampire.
1. backup your current savegame
2. remove R246 Female Presets
3. install R246 Female Presets NRE
4. go in game to check everything looks ok
5. save the game, quit to desktop, go back in and confirm the new save looks ok
6. if all is good, install Makeup Kit

Epic Realistic Enchantment Effects
Divine People AIO Player And NPC Overhaul
Моды, меняющие модели персонажей Skyrim, чаще всего ужасно однобоки и, в основном, направленны на женских персонажей (с тревожно особым акцентом на объективации указанных персонажей и их… фигуре).

Divine People AIO Player And NPC Overhaul отлично сохраняет фэнтезийную эстетику, вокруг которой построен Skyrim, при этом прекрасно обновляя персонажей.
True Storms Special Edition
Штормы и элементы погоды в Skyrim всегда немного разочаровывали. Они, конечно, присутствовали, но ничего другого о них сказать нельзя. Дождём, например, невероятно сложно насладиться, ведь он едва заметен.
True Storms превращает погоду в настоящую стихию. Мод добавляет новые погодные условия, разные степени силы для существующих, и в целом делает их внешний вид, ощущения от них и даже звуковые эффекты более впечатляющими.
Guards’ Armor Replacer By NordwarUA
Хотя эта модификация технически добавляет предметы в игру (а также несколько небольших квестов), по сути она косметическая. Результаты впечатляют. Для всех, кого беспокоит шаблонность доспехов стражей этот мод просто необходим.
Вместо одних и тех же скучных доспехов разных цветов, которые носит каждый страж от Виндхельма до Солитьюда, эта модификация добавляет отдельные и очень детализированные комплекты доспехов, а также варианты для каждого из них.
Realistic Water Two
Realistic Water – это не единичное большое обновление графической точности водных эффектов Skyrim, а скорее множество небольших улучшений, которые вместе создают бескомпромиссную итоговую разницу.
Несколько примеров того, что меняет этот мод – вода в озёрах и прудах больше не «течёт» в заданном направлении; добавлена анимация лодок, идущих по воде; пороги и водопады получили улучшенные анимацию и эффекты; появились дополнительные прибрежные волны; улучшены эффекты ряби, плюс, десятки других мелких исправлений, которые прекрасно вместе работают.
Lush Overhaul
Первоначально известный как Ultimate Lush Overhaul, это один из самых старых модов, из представленных в этом списке. Но не позволяйте его возрасту сбить вас с толку. Lush Overhaul улучшает растительность в Skyrim и, согласно названию, делает её более «пышной».
Деревья, растительность и трава становятся более густыми, более реалистичными и в целом более визуально привлекательными. В частности, деревья выглядят более пышными. Если вы когда-либо хотели, чтобы Skyrim стал зеленее, то вам определённо следует попробовать этот мод.
Skyrim Vanity Kit
Если вкратце, Skyrim Vanity Kit добавляет гораздо более обширную цветовую палитру ко всем применимым параметрам создания персонажей, значительно расширяя возможности кастомизации.
LeanWolf’s Better-Shaped Weapons SE
Skyland
Определённо лучший мод в этом списке. Skyland (или Skyland AIO) –комплексная переработка многих пейзажей игры и текстур зданий. Количество изменений слишком велико, чтобы перечислить их все, но будьте уверены, их очень много.
Большая часть текстур была перерисована в 1k или 2k, что обеспечило их значительное визуальное обновление без особых потерь производительности. Одним словом, получилось великолепно. Если бы вам пришлось выбрать только один мод из списка, вы бы выбрали именно этот.
